Özet
Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum aşamasında olan ülkemizin farklı konularda eksikleri olduğu gibi arazi toplulaştırma projelerinin uygulanmasında da eksikleri vardır. Türkiye'de yapılan toplulaştırma projelerinden, sadece dağınık halde bulunan tarlaların birleştirilmesi ile bu tarlalara yol ve su ağının ulaştırılması anlaşılmaktadır. Altyapı çalışmaları ile sosyal ve kültürel çalışmalar maalesef Türkiye'de istenilen seviyede değildir. Bunun en büyük sebeplerinden biri de toplulaştırma projeleri için yeterli ödeneğin ayrılmamasıdır. Araştırmada arazi toplulaştırma projesinin anket sonuçlarının analizi yapılmış olup, yapılan analizlerin sonuçları incelenmiş ve çıkan sonuçlar tartışılmıştır. Çıkan sonuçların etkilerinin hangi yönde olduğu, yapılan çalışmalar sayesinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmada arazi toplulaştırma projelerindeki faydaların yanı sıra projenin yapımı sırasında karşılaşılan sorunlar da irdelenmiştir. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında incelenen projeler; Burdur ilinin merkez ilçesine bağlı Kozluca kasabası, Isparta ilinin merkez ilçesine bağlı Bozanönü köyü ve Konya ili-Güneysınır ilçesi Alanözü kasabası Arazi toplulaştırma projeleridir.
Our country, that is in the stage of accordance to EU, like some different issues, has some deficiencies of applicating of land Consolidation from plans of land consolidations carried out in Turkey, it is understood that onlyscattered properties were unified and with this way water were distributed to these properties. Unfortunately infrastructure?s Works and social and cultural works are not in the label of wanted. One of the greatest reason of this is that it is not allocated sufficient allotment for land Consolidation projects. İn this research, the results of the survey were examined, and the breakdowns of the analysis were ivestigated. And results were discussed. What the results were which aspect was revealed thanks to these studies. İn this study beside the benefitts of the land consolidation, the troubles that were confronted while these Project were carried out, were also investigated. İnvestigated projects are; 1-Burdur Province?s Kozluca Municipality 2-Isparta Province?s Bozanönü 3- Konya-Güneysınır ?Alanözü Town.
