Özet
2006?2007 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı'ndan itibaren M E B'e bağlı ilköğretim kurumlarında performans ödevleri uygulaması yapılmaktadır. Bu yeni sistem, eğitimdeki ezberciliği yıkmayı amaçlamaktadır. Performans ödevleri eleştirel düşünme, problem çözme, okuduğunu anlama, araştırma yapma gibi öğrencinin bilişsel, duyuşsal, psiko-motor, alandaki becerilerini kullanmasını, geliştirmesini ve bir ürün ortaya koyması için gereken çalışmaları öğretmen rehberliğinde yapmasını amaçlamaktadır. Yeni sistemin uygulanabilirlik durumunu ve hedeflenen amaçlara yaklaşılma düzeyini tespit etmek üzere ?İlköğretim 7. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi'nde Verilen Performans Ödevleri Hakkında Öğretmen?Veli-Öğrenci Görüşleri (Konya Örneği) araştırması yapılmıştır. Ülkemizdeki eğitim bölgelerinin imkânlarının birbirinden farklılığı, veliler ile öğrencilerin farklılıkları ve en önemlisi bu süreci yönetecek öğretmenlerin temel olarak birbirinden farklılıkları istenen amaçlara ulaşmada bazı uygulamaları da farklılaştırmıştır. Araştırması yapılacak yeni uygulamanın mevcut durumu tespit edileceği için yapılacak olan çalışma ?Tanıtıcı? bir çalışma olacaktır. Anket metni hazırlanırken ?Öğretmen?Veli-Öğrenci? üçlüsü başta olmak üzere, ilköğretim müfettişlerinin, ilköğretim kurumları idarecilerinin ve eğitim seviyesi yüksek velilerden sistemli bir şekilde görüşler edinilmiştir. Görüşler öğrenilirken sadece Konya ile sınırlı kalınmamış ve farklı şehirlerdeki yukarıda özellikleri sayılan taraflara da ulaşılmıştır. Konuyla ilgisi bulunanlardan genel bir görüş alındıktan sonra anket taslak metni oluşturulmuştur. Hazırlanan bu taslak yine aynı taraflara ulaştırılarak taslak metnin kontrolü yaptırılmış ve bu sayede tekrar bir görüş daha alınmıştır. Konya ili merkez Selçuklu, Karatay ve Meram ilçeleri evren olarak belirlenmiştir. Örneklem olarak da 70 tane 7. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi öğretmeni, 70 tane 7. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi gören öğrenci ve bu öğrencilerin 70 tane velisi alınmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde ulaşılan sonuçlar maddeler halinde sunulmuş olup yönetici, idareci, öğretmen ve velileri birlikte muhatap alarak konunun daha kolay kavranması amaçlanmıştır.
Performance Homework application has been implemented in primary schools depending to Ministry of National Education since 2006 ? 2007 Education ? Teaching Year. This new system aims to destroy memorization in education. Performance homework aims to do studies in leading of teacher, developing cognitive, sensitive, psycho-motor skills of students and composing a product as solving problem, understanding what reads, researching. An inquiry research, Teacher-Parent-students views (Konya Sample) about ?Performance Homework that are given to Primary School 7 years Social Knowledge Lesson? has been done to determine applicability situation of new system and reaching level to aimed purposes. Discrepancy of possibilities of education regions in our country, discrepancy of parents and students and the most important one, discrepancy of teachers who will manage this duration have made difference some applications to reach desired purposes. This study will be an ?introductory? research because it will determine the present situation of new application of which research will be done. While preparing the inquiry task, the views of primarily ?Teacher ? Parent ? Student? triangle, primary education inspectors, managers of primary schools and parents whose education level is high availed systematically. While availing the views, it is not limited with Konya and above-mentioned parties in different provinces have been reached. After getting a general view from concern parties, inquiry draft task has been composed. This prepared draft has been reached to same parties and control of draft task has been done so a new view has been taken again. Konya Province Center Selçuklu, Karatay and Meram sub-provinces have been determined as universe. Samples were 70 people Primary School 7 years Social Knowledge Lesson Teachers, 70 people Primary School 7 years Social Knowledge Lesson students and 70 people parents of those Primary School 7 years Social Knowledge Lesson students. The results that were availed at the end of research have been presented in articles; easier understanding of the subject by manager, teacher, and parents has been aimed.
