Özet
In this study, a test statistics based on maximum and minimum order statistics is proposed for the aim of testing the homogeneity of two or more normal distributed population for variances. A critical values table is constituted for this test statistics with respect to %1, %5 and %10 significance levels. By the Barttlet’s test and Hartley test, the power values of the proposed test are compared and also graphics are drawn with respect to %1 and %5 significance levels.
