Özet
Bu çalışmada Konya İlinde ve İlçelerinde amatör futbol takımlarında futbol oynayan ?Amatör Futbolcuların Antrenörlerde Bulunmasını İstedikleri Liderlik Tarzlarının Tespiti? için araştırma yapılmıştır. Amatör Futbolcuların Antrenörlerde Bulunmasını İstedikleri Liderlik Tarzlarının Tespiti amacıyla yapılmış olan bu çalışmada Chelladurai ve Saleh (1980)'in geliştirdiği Spor İçin Liderlik Ölçeği (Leadership Scale for Sport-Preferred leader behavior) sporda tercih edilen lider davranışlarını belirleme formu kullanılmıştır. Amatör Futbolcuların Antrenörlerde Bulunmasını İstedikleri Liderlik Tarzlarının Tespiti için yapılan bu projenin evrenini 2008 yılında Konya İlinde ve çevre İlçelerinde faaliyet gösteren amatör futbol kulüplerinin futbolcuları oluşturmuştur. Araştırmaya yaşları ortalaması 19,34 ± 4,58 olan, Konya süper amatör lig, birinci amatör lig ve ikinci amatör ligde mücadele eden 442 amatör futbolcu katılmıştır. Liderlik tarzlarını belirlemek amacıyla anket çalışması ile veriler toplanmıştır. Amatör futbolcuların antrenörlerde bulunmasını istedikleri liderlik tarzlarının tespitine yönelik yapılan bu çalışmada sonuç olarak: Araştırmaya katılan lise düzeyindeki amatör futbolcuların açıklayıcı-ödüllendirici davranış özelliği gösteren lider antrenörülük tarzını, diğer antrenörlük tarzlarına göre anlamlı düzeyde benimsedikleri görülmüştür. Bunun yanı sıra eğitici-öğretici lider antrenör tarzının, diğer tarzlara göre, çalışılan boyutların hepsinde rakamsal olarak daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir
