Özet
Küresel rekabette işletmelerin geleceği -gerçekten- anlayabilmesi hayati bir önem taşır. Çünkü geleceğin geçmişten farklı oluşu, deneyimlerin geçerliliğini zayıflatmakta; bugünden farklılığı da, geleceğe ilişkin bir kaç parlak fikirden daha fazlasını gerektirmektedir. İşletmeler mal ve hizmet üretmek için kurulurlar. Varlıklarını değişen piyasa koşulları ve şartları içinde devam ettirebilmeleri için mal ve hizmet üretimini sürdürmeleri gerekir. Küresel rekabet ortamında işletmeler hem üstünlüğü ele geçirmek hem de varlığını gelecekte de sürdürmek için değişik yönetim ve yollar geliştirmektedirler. Tezin konusu, fütürist yönetim açısından liman işletmelerinin inovasyon uygulamaları ile işletmelere getirdiği uygulamaların Mersin Limanı üzerinde incelenmesini içermektedir. Bu araştırmanın teorik bölümünde fütürist yönetim ve bağlantısında mersin uluslararası liman işletmeciliği A.Ş. (MIP) ve inovasyon ilişkili kavramlar incelenecektir. Birinci Bölümde, Fütürist Yönetimin tanımları üzerinde durularak fütürist yönetim teknikleri ve gelişimi ele alınmıştır. İkinci Bölümde, İnovasyon tanımları üzerinde durulmuş çeşitleri incelenmiş ve inovasyonun şirketler için önemi ve uygulamaları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü Bölümde, Mersin Uluslar arası liman işletmeciliği A.Ş.'nin (MIP) tarihçesi ve önemi belirtilerek inovasyon uygulamalarının fütürist yönetim açısından fonksiyonel analizi ele alınmıştır.
It is crucial for the Managements to ?really- understand the future in the global competition. Because, future being different from the past is weakening the validty of the experiences, its difference from today is necessitating more than a few bright ideas about the future. Enterprises are found to produce goods and sevices. They have to continue producing goods and services in order to sustain their existence within the changing market conditions and circumstances. To obtain supremacy and continue their existence in the future also, in the global competiton, enterprises are introducing new methods and means. Topic of the thesis includes the analysis of the applications incorporated to Port Managements by the innovational implementations of the Port Enterprises and their review on Mersin Port from the point of view of futurist Management. In the theoretic section of this research futurist management and, within this connection ,Mersin International Port (MIP) and concepts concerning innovation will be analized. In Section One emphasize has been given to explanations of Futurist Management and futurist management techniques and their developments have been dealt with. In Section Two, explanation of Innovation concepts has been studied, their types have been analized and importance and applications of innovations have been dealt with. In the Third Section, history and importance of Mersin Port Management (MIP) have been indicated and functional analsis of innovational implementations from the point of view of futurist management have been analized.
