Türkiye'de Televizyon Dizi Endüstrisinin Yapısı ve Üretim Süreçlerinde Karşılaşılan Zorluklar

Bu tez çalışması Televizyon yayıncılığında, büyük öneme sahip olan dizi yapımları, internet yayın platformunda da önemini korumaktadır. İnternet yayıncılığında yer alan diziler artık yayın platformu tarafından hazırlanmakta ve yayınlanmaktadır. Dizi yapımlarının her iki platform açısından önemli oluşundan yola çıkarak aralarında içerik ve teorik açıdan benzerlikler barındırsa da işleniş ve izleyiciye aktarılma noktasında pratikte farklılıklar içerdiği görülmektedir. Bu çalışma 2000’li yıllardan sonra Türkiye’de dizi sektörünün sahip olduğu temel özelliklerle sektörün yurtiçinde ve yurtdışındaki hareketlerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma içersinde sektör profesyonelleri ile yapılan mülakatlar sonucunda, sektörün yapısının nitel açıdan ortaya konması hedeflenmiştir. Bunun yanında sektörün ürettiği yapımların tür bakımından incelenmesi, ihracat hedefleri ile üretilen ve üretilmesi planlanan yapımların uyumu ve sektörün sahip olduğu sorunlar irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Series productions, which are of great importance in television broadcasting, also maintain their importance on the internet broadcasting platform. Series in internet broadcasting are now prepared and published by the broadcasting platform. Based on the importance of series productions for both platforms, although they have similarities in terms of content and theory, it is seen that there are practical differences in terms of processing and transferring to the audience. This study aims to examine the basic characteristics of the TV series sector in Turkey after the 2000s and the movements of the sector at home and abroad. As a result of the interviews conducted with the sector professionals within the study, it was aimed to reveal the structure of the sector qualitatively. In addition, the examination of the productions produced by the sector in terms of type, the compatibility of the productions produced and planned to be produced with the export targets and the problems of the sector were tried to be examined.
