Halka Açık Anonim Ortaklık Statüsünün Kaybedilmesi

Bu çalışmanın konusu halka açık anonim ortaklık statüsünün kaybedilmesidir. Bir anonim ortaklığın kapalı veya halka açık olması anonim ortaklık, alacaklılar ve yatırımcılar başta olmak üzere pek çok kesim açısından önem taşır. Çalışmada sırasıyla halka açık anonim ortaklık statüsünün kaybedilmesi yolları, halka açık anonim ortaklık statüsünün kaybedilemeyeceği haller ve halka açık anonim ortaklık statüsünün kaybedilmesinin sonuçları incelenmiştir.

The subject of this study is the lose of the statute of the publicy held corporation. Being the corporations publicy held has a crucial importance especially for the creditors, for the company itself, for the investors and for many sections. It has been mainly pointed out in this study that; the cases that cause the lose of the statute of the publicy held corporation, the cases that the statute of the publicy held corporation will never be lost, the conclusion of the lose of the publicy held corporation.
