Özet
Ardı ardına teslimli satış sözleşmesi, Türk Borçlar Kanunu’nda düzenlenmemekle birlikte bir satış sözleşmesi çeşidi olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu sözleşmede satıcı, satış sözleşmesinden doğan malı teslim edimini belirli dönemlerle yerine getirmektedir. Ardı ardına teslimli satış sözleşmesi açısından değerlendirilmesi gereken konulardan birisi bu sözleşmesi satıcının ayıptan ve zapttan sorumluluğudur. Makalede, ardı ardına teslimli satış sözleşmesinde satıcının ayıptan ve zapttan sorumluluğu kapsamlı bir şekilde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Consecutive sale contract can be regarded as a kind of a sales contract, though it is not regulated by the Turkish Code of Obligations. In this contract, the seller fulfills delivery of the goods arising from the sales contract in a certain period. One of the issues that need to be considered in terms of a consucutive sales contract is the contractor's responsibility to defect and legal hold. In this article, the consucutive sales contract was not intended to be thoroughly reviewed for the responsibility of the seller to defect and legal hold.
