Özet
Türkiye demokrasi tarihinde önemli bir kırılmayı temsil eden 15 Temmuz darbe girişimi ve Türk halkının buna verdiği tepki Almanya-Türkiye ilişkileri açısından da önemli bir kırılmaya denk düşmektedir. Halihazırda göçmen ve entegrasyon sorunları sebebiyle inişli çıkışlı bir seyir izleyen ikili ilişkiler Almanya'nın 15 Temmuz darbe girişimini Türkiye aleyhtarı ve tek taraflı olarak yorumlaması sonucu bir krizin eşiğindedir. Şüphesiz bu durumun Almanya'da yaşayan Türk göçmen nüfus üzerinde de etkileri olacaktır. Bu noktadan hareketle 15 Temmuz darbe girişiminin genelde Almanya-Türkiye özelde ise göçmen meselesi üzerindeki olası etkilerine yoğunlaşılan çalışmada Almanya'nın 15 Temmuz darbe girişimine verdiği tepki üzerinden bir değerlendirme yapma amacı güdülmüştür.
The attempt of coup d'etat on July 15, which represents a significant breakdown in the history of democracy in Turkey, and the reaction of the Turkish people to it, corresponds to a significant break in terms of Germany-Turkey relations. Bilateral relations, which are currently undergoing at a tumultous course due to immigration and integration problems, are on the verge of a consequent crisis of Germany's unilateral interpretation of the July 15 coup attempt against Turkey. Undoubtedly, this will have an impact on the Turkish immigrant population living in Germany. From this point of view, the study focused on the probable effects of the July 15th coup attempt on Germany-Turkey in general, and on the immigration issue in particular, as a result of the assessment of Germany's response to the July 15th coup attempt.
