Özet
Türkiye'de CHP'nin tek parti geleneğinden sonra Demokrat Parti (DP) döneminde kurumsal açıdan Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığının rolü, "değişim, toplum ve din açısından" önemli olmuştur. Laik cumhuriyetin siyasi dönüşümüyle birlikte toplumsal açıdan 1960'lar Türkiye'sinde yaşanan gelişmelerin bu anlamda büyük önemi vardır. Konu çok özel olarak günümüz açısından, DP eksenli Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı bünyesindeki Müşavere Kurulunca alınan kararlar, yaşanan değişimin içeriğiyle ilgili olarak önemli bilgileri tartışma zeminine çekmektedir. Bu makalede, bahsedilen dönemde, ilgili kurula yansıyan sosyal ve bazı teknolojik konular değerlendirilmiştir. Özellikle, DP devri Müşavere Kurulu kararlarında, sosyal meselelerde devrin şartları gereği laik yapıya uygun, çağdaş cevaplar verilmeye gayret edildiği görülmüştür.
In Turkey, following the one party era of CHP, the institutional role of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Democrat Party (DP) period became important in terms of "change, society and religion". With the political transformation of secular republic, the incidents experienced in 1960s are, in this sense, of great importance from the societal perspective. The subject specifically provides a base for discussing the decisions made by DP-drivenPresidency of Religious Affairs' Consultation Board and the important information regarding the content of the changes experienced from today's viewpoint. In this article, some social and technological issues concerning the board in the given period have been evaluated. Especially in the decisions of the Consultation Board in DP period, it was seen that an effort was made to give contemporary answers regarding social issues as required by that period's conditions in accordance with secular structure.
