Özet
Bu çalışmada, Mesleki Eğitim Fakülteleri eğitim programı içerisinde yer alan ve MTEM projesi çerçevesinde uygulanan modüler ders programlarından, ?Erkek Giysi Üretimi? dersi modül grubunun, öğretim elemanları ve öğrenci görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Giyim/Hazır Giyim programı bulunan Gazi Üniversitesi ve Selçuk Üniversitesi Mesleki Eğitim Fakültelerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, öğretim elemanları ve öğrenciler için hazırlanan görüşme formu yüz yüze görüşme yapılarak uygulanmış ve kayıt altına alınmıştır. Araştırmaya iki üniversiteden, modül grubunun öğretme-öğrenme sürecinde yer alan 12 öğretim elemanı ile 46 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada Erkek Giysi Üretimi Dersi Modül Grubunun tanım, amaç, içerik, eğitim durumları, ölçme ve değerlendirme boyutlarının niteliğine ilişkin, öğretim elemanları ve öğrencilerin görüşleri alınmış ve görüşler doğrultusunda yorumlar yapılmıştır. Öğretim elemanlarının ve öğrencilerin modül grubunun niteliğine ilişkin görüşleri ve görüşlerin bulundukları üniversiteye göre farklılıkları ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Ayrıca, Erkek Giysi Üretimi Dersi Modül Grubunun amaçlarının öğrenciler tarafından gerçekleştirilme düzeyi ve amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesinde öğretim elemanları ve öğrencilerin karşılaştıkları güçlüklerin neler olduğu belirlenmiş, öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerine göre, Erkek Giysi Üretimi Modül Grubunun modüler programlama yaklaşımına uygunluğu ve modüler programın uygulanabilmesi için gerekli öğretim elemanı yeterlilik düzeyleri araştırılmıştır.
It is aimed in this study to research, depending on the opinions of teaching stuff and students, the evaluation of ?Men?s Clothing Production? lesson module group which is among Vocational Education Faculties education programme and is one of the modular syllabus applied in the frame of MTEM Project. The research has been done in Gazi University and Selçuk University Vocational Education Departments which have Clothing/Ready-Made Clothing programmes. In the research, the interview form prepared for teaching stuff and students was applied through face to face interviews and was recorded. 12 people from teaching stuff who are in the teaching-learning process of module group and 46 students who took part voluntarily answered to the research. In the research the opinions of the teaching stuff and students about the quality of definition, aim, content, educational stuations and evaluation and assessment formats of Men?s Clothing Lesson Module Group were taken and comments were made through these opinions. The opinions of teaching staff and students about the quality of module group and the differences between the opinions depending on the university were elicited. Also the level of implementation of the aims of Men?s Clothing Production Lesson Module Group by the students and the difficulties faced by the teaching stuff and students in the implementation of the aims are defined, the suitability of the Men?s Clothing Production Lesson Module Group to modular programming approach and the required teaching stuff proficiency levels for the application of the modular programme were researched.
