Özet
Bu araştırma sınıf öğretmenlerinin yapılandırmacı öğretim programı kapsamında eğitim teknolojisi ve uygulamalarına ilişkin etkinlikleri yerine getirirken karşılaştıkları problemleri incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma genel tarama modellerinden faydalanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tarama türünden okul survey olup ayrıntılı durum belirlemeye yöneliktir. Verilerin elde edilebilmesi için Şahin ve Thompson (2006) tarafından oluşturulan anket geliştirilerek, uygulanmıştır. 2006-2007 öğretim yılında Konya il merkezinde görev yapan 1700 sınıf öğretmeni araştırmanın evrenini, bunların arasından seçilen 102 sınıf öğretmeni de araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin anketteki sorulara verdikleri cevapların frekansları ve yüzde dağılımları alınmış, ayrıca her maddeye verilen cevaplar araştırmanın bağımsız değişkenlerine göre tablolaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen tüm verilerin istatistik analizleri SPSS 11.00 (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler korelasyon, ki-kare(?2), frekans ve yüzde istatistik teknikleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler sırasında manidarlık düzeyi 00.5 alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin mesleki kıdem ile bilgisayar, levhalar, opak projektörü, tepegöz kullanma durumları arasında ters bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim teknolojilerini kullanmalarına engel olarak en çok ilgili birimlerin, kaynak kişilerin ve kurumların desteğinin yetersizliği görülmektedir. İkinci olarak ders sürelerinin eğitim teknolojisini kullanmaya yeterli olmayışı, ardından kurumlardaki eğitim teknolojisi araçlarının yetersiz olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bunların yanı sıra sırasıyla yapılandırmacı öğretim programında eğitim teknolojisi ve materyallerin nerde, nasıl, ne zaman kullanılması gerektiğine dair bilgilerin az olduğu belirtilmektedir.
This survey was done to search the problems while primary school theachers was using the education technologies in the programme of the structurel education. While making this research we used general scanning models. The school was the survey area to get details. Questionnaire which had produced by Sahin and Thompson (2006) was developed and applied to get the datas. The space of the survey was 1700 primary school teachers which was working in Konya between 2006 and 2007 years. The samples were 102 primary school teachers which were selected from this space. The frequencies and the percentage was taken from the answers to the questionnaire that were answered by these samples. In addition all the answers was commented with being tables according to the independent variables of the survey. The statistical analyses of the data which were caught from the survey was done by using Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS 11.00) programme. The datas were analysed with corrolation, ki-square (?2), frequency and percentage statistical techniques. While making this analyses the meanningfulness level was 00.5 . As a result we saw that there is a reverse relation between the experiences of the primary school teachers and the situation of using of computer, projector and singboards. It was seen that the main reason of this is the insufficiency support of interested people, society and units. Second reason is insufficient lesson durations to use the education technologies. Third reason is insufficient education technology materials in the schools. At the end, the primary school teachers know how they use the education technology materials , where they can use these materials and when they can use these materials a little bit.
