Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmada üniversite öğrencilerinin bitkisel ilaç kullanımı konusunda tutum ve davranışlarının saptanması amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Selçuk Üniversitesi'nde 2014 yılı Nisan-Haziran ayları arasında toplam 400 öğrenciye anket uygulandı. İstatistiksel analizlerde p0.05 değeri anlamlı kabul edildi.Bulgular: Selçuk Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin % 69.3'ü bitkisel ilaçlara kolaylıkla ulaşabildiklerini bildirdi. Öğrenciler arasında bitkisel ilaçları sıklıkla kullanma oranı % 28.2 olarak bulundu. Öğrencilerin % 85.7'si bitkisel ilaçlar hakkında halkın bilgilendirilmesi gerektiğini ifade etti.Sonuç: Çalışmamızda Selçuk Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin yarıdan fazlasının bitkisel ilaçlara kolaylıkla ulaşabildiklerini belirtmiş olmaları bu davranışın üniversite öğrencileri arasında yaygın olduğunu göstermektedir. Bitkisel ürünlerin bilinçli kullanılması konusunda halkın bilgilendirilmesi sorunun çözümü için gereklidir.
Objective: This study aimed to determine the attitudes and behaviors of university students in the use of herbal medicines.Materials and Methods: A total of 400 students were administered the survey between April and June of 2014 at Selcuk University. The statistical analysis p <0.05 was considered significant.Results: 69.3 % of Selcuk University students said that they have easy access to herbal medicines. The ratio between students often use herbal medicines were found to be 28.2 %. The percentage of students who expressed the need to inform the public about the herbal medicine was 85.7 %.Conclusion: We have stated that they have easy access to herbal medicines, more than half of Selcuk University students show that this behavior is common among the university students. To inform the public about the deliberate use of herbal products is necessary to solve the problem.
