Özet

Today, it is well known that development of fetal gonads in intrauterine period can be affected by many factors. Male fetus sexual differentiation were provided from three hormone; anti-mülleriane hormone (AMH), testosterone and insülin-like 3. Less or any production of AMH can cause to infertility or urological dysfunctions. Nowadays AMH has been used a marker in the early diagnosis of some diseases such as pediatric and urological defect. The importance of clinical evaluation of AMH will be increase as a result of ongoing technologic improvement such as identification of AMH gene/receptor mutation and determination of AMH receptors in different parts of the body.
