Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is one of the most common urological manifesta- tions of tuberous sclerosis complex (TS). These lesions may cause signifcant morbidity, mostly related to complications from bleeding. Here, we present a pa- tient with bilateral multiple renal AML associated with TS who underwent bilatera renal surgery. The case is discussed in the light of clinical fndings and treatment modalities.
