Enflasyon ve Ana Harcama Gruplarına Göre Tüketici Fiyat Endeksi ve Değişim Oranları (2010-2021)

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı enflasyona genel bir bakış açısı sağlayarak enflasyonun ne
olduğunu öğrenmek bu nedenle enflasyon kavramı ve enflasyon terimleri kapsamlı bir
şekilde ele alınmakla içeriği hakkında detaylı bir anlatım yapılmıştır. Türkiye’de
2010-2021 yılları aralığında enflasyon seyrinin nasıl ilerlediği incelendikten sonra
Tüfe nin alt kalemleri ile daha kapsamlı bir incelenme yapılmaya çalışılmış olunup
Ana harcama gruplarına göre Tüketici Fiyat endeksinde ki gelişmeler tablo ve
grafikler ile gösterilerek geniş bir çerçeve de ele alınmıştır. Enflasyonun seyri aylık ve
yıllık olarak 2010-2021 yılları aralığında teker teker incelenmiş olup ardından ana
harcama grupları düzenlenerek yıllar içerisin de nasıl bir tutum sergilediği ortaya
konulmuştur. İncelemeler tek tek grafikler üzerinden ele alınarak iniş ve çıkışlar net
bir şekilde ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış olunup Tüketici fiyat endeksi 12 yıllık değişim
oranları ile tablolaştırılarak geniş bir bakış açısı kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma
farklı yılllar açısından ana harcama gruplarının tüketici fiyat endeksi eksenin de nasıl
değiştiğini ortaya koymakla ana harcama gruplarının bu oranların iniş ve çıkışında ne
denli rol oynadığını açıklamayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanının son aşamasında ise
enflasyonun ülkemiz bazında nasıl bir değişim izlediğini daha net bir şekilde ortaya
koymak adına 2010 yılı öncesindeki durumun ele alınabilmesi ve karşılaştırma
yapılabilmesi için baş ve son değere bağlı kalınarak 2003 ve 2009 yılları arasındaki
veriler ile 2010 ve 2021 verileri ele alınarak toplam artış hızı ve gözlem sayısı olmakla
birlikte enflasyon seyrinin nasıl ilerlediği ve ana harcama kalemlerinin enflasyon
oranlarındaki payını ne denli etkilediği ortaya konulmuş olunup enflasyonun incelenen
yıllarda nelerden etkilendiği ve bu etkilenmelerin nasıl bir seyir izlediği ortaya
konmuştur. Bu bakış açısı ile birlikte gıda ve alkolsüz içecekler,konut ve ulaşımın ana
harcama grupları içerisin de öne çıkan kalemlerden olduğu görülmüş olup ana harcama
gruplarının enflasyon etkilemesinin nedenli büyük olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.Enflasyon
etkilerini azaltmak için ana harcama gruplarında yer alan kalemlerin etkileri
incelenmeli ve toplumsal refahı artttırmak için çaba gösterilmeli zorunlu malların
yanında diğer kalemlere de ağırlık verilmesi gerektiği kanatine varmış bulunmakla
birlikte üretim ve tarım da yapılacak ivmenin arttırılması enflasyonun yaşanıldığı
süreçte hissettirdiği etkisini azaltmakta etken olacaktır
The aim of this study is to provide a general perspective on inflation and to learn what inflation is, therefore, the concept of inflation and inflation terms are discussed comprehensively and a detailed explanation is given about its content. After examining how the course of inflation in Turkey between 2010 and 2021, a more comprehensive examination has been tried to be made with the sub-items of the TFP and the developments in the Consumer Price Index according to the main expenditure groups have been discussed in a wide framework by showing them with tables and graphs. The course of inflation has been analyzed monthly and annually for the years 2010- 2021, and then the main expenditure groups have been organized to reveal how they have behaved over the years. The analysis has been handled one by one through graphs and the ups and downs have been tried to be clearly revealed, and a broad perspective has been tried to be gained by tabulating the consumer price index with 12-year change rates. The study aims to explain how the main expenditure groups play a role in the ups and downs of these rates by revealing how the main expenditure groups change on the axis of the consumer price index in different years. In the last stage of the study, in order to more clearly reveal how inflation has changed on a national basis, the data between 2003 and 2009 and the data for 2010 and 2021 are analyzed by adhering to the initial and final value so that the situation before 2010 can be handled and compared, and the total rate of increase and the number of observations, as well as how the course of inflation has progressed and how much it affects the share of main expenditure items in inflation rates, and what the inflation has been affected by in the years examined and how these effects have followed a course. With this perspective, it has been seen that food and non-alcoholic beverages, housing and transportation are among the prominent items in the main expenditure groups, and it has been revealed why the main expenditure groups have a great impact on inflation. In order to reduce the effects of inflation, the effects of the items in the main expenditure groups should be examined and efforts should be made to increase social welfare, and it has been concluded that other items should be given weight in addition to compulsory goods, but increasing the acceleration in production and agriculture will be a factor in reducing the effect of inflation in the process of inflation.
