Özet
Din eğitiminde danışma ve rehberlik faaliyetleri büyük önem taşımaktadır; ancak ülkemizde gerek örgün gerek yaygın din eğitimi kurumlarında verilen danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri yeterli değildir. Aynı şekilde dini danışma ve rehberlik konusu üzerine oluşturulmuş din eğitimi çalışmaları da sayıca yetersizdir. Din eğitimi bilimi için danışma ve rehberlik konusunun, din eğitimi için ise danışma ve rehberlik uygulamalarının önemini ortaya koymak amacıyla bu çalışma hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma ülkemizde gerçekleştirilen dini danışma ve rehberlik faaliyetlerinin yetersizliğini ortaya koyarak bunların giderilmesine ve hizmetlerin iyileştirilmesine yarar sağlayacaktır. Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Büroları ve Hizmetleri çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu hizmetler yaygın din eğitimi kurumu altında ülkemizde sunulan ilk ve tek dini danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleridir. Hizmetler din eğitimi bilimi çerçevesinde danışma ortamı, danışman yeterliliği, danışman özellikleri ve danışma konuları bakımından Elazığ ili örneği üzerinde değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma Elazığ İl Müftülüğü Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürosu hizmet kayıtları üzerine yaptığımız ikincil veri analizi ve ilgili literatür taraması ile oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında danışma ortamı ve kayıtları incelenmiş, danışmanlar ile yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kurumun izni ölçüsünde elde edilen bilgi ve belgeler yine kurumun hizmet ilkelerine uygun olarak çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Yaptığımız çalışma ile Türkiye'de sunulan dini danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinin uygulama ve problem alanı ile personel açısından geliştirilmesi ve iyileştirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Counseling and guidance activities has an important role in religious education. However, the counseling and guidance activities of formal and non-formal educational instutions aren?t well enough in our country. Similarly, the number of studies on religious counseling and guidance isn?t adequate for religious education as a discipline. The study has been carried out to prove the importance of counseling and guidance activities in religious education. Proving the inadequacy of counseling and guidance services in our country, the study will be benefical to the aims of overcoming the inadequacy and improving the service. The topic of the study is Family Guide Service offered by the Presidency of Religious Affairs. It?s the first and only religious counseling and guide service of the non-formal educational instution in our country. The topic has been discussed in terms of counseling place, professional competency of counselors, needs of counselees and counseling topics by the sample of Elazığ Province. The study consists of literature search and secondary data analaysis on Elazığ Family Guide Service. The documents and information gained from interviews with counselors and examinations of counseling reports are included properly in the thesis. The study has proved that it?s necessary to improve the religious counseling and guide service in terms of not only staff but also range of application in Turkey.
