Özet
Bu çalışma Armutlu Linyit Kömürü sahasının rezerv durumunun hesaplanması, burada çıkarılan kömürlerin bazı özelliklerinin belirlenmesi ve ekonomik öneminin ortaya konulması amacıyla yapıldı. Bu amaçla öncelikle Amasya ? Armutlu'da bulunan Armutlu Kömür İşletmesinde incelemeler yapılıp, numuneler alındı. Bu bölgenin jeolojik yapısı araştırılıp, karşılaştırmaları yapabilmek amacıyla kömür ve linyit kömürünün özellikleri, Türkiye'deki mevcut durumu incelendi. Bölgede yapılan sondaj değerleri alınıp bu değerlere göre Armutlu Kömür sahasının linyit rezervi belirlendi. Aynı zamanda linyit kömürünün ekonomik önemini belirlemek için Armutlu Kömür İşletmesinin belli bölümlerinden 70 adet numune alınıp, kimyasal analizleri yapılıp, ısıl değerleri belirlendi. Armutlu Kömür İşletmesinden çıkarılan kömürün yıkanarak satılmasının uygun olup olmadığı araştırıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Armutlu Kömür İşletmesinden alınan numunelerin incelenmesinde ortalama toplam rutubet % 9, kül % 27, kükürt % 2, alt ısı değeri 4.423 kcal /kg , üst ısı değeri 4.673 kcal /kg olduğu belirlendi. Rezerv hesabı üçgen prizma yöntemi ile hesaplandı ve Armutlu sahasın da 18.129.485 ton linyit kömürü olduğu belirlendi. Armutlu linyitinin Türkiye linyitleri içinde kaliteli bir kömür olduğu ve bölge ekonomisinde önemli bir yeri olduğu Amasya ili, ilçeleri ve komşu illerde ısınma amaçlı yakıt olarak ve şeker fabrikaları ile tuğla fabrikalarında kullanıldığı tespit edildi. Armutlu Kömür İşletmesinden çıkarılan kömürün yıkanarak satılmasının ekonomik olmadığı belirlendi.
This study is made for calculating the reserve condition of Armutlu lignite coal area, researching the coal characteristics of this area and defining the economical value of the coal. Fort his aim first of all some observations are made by getting samples from the area. In this study, geologic structure of coals are researched and the reserves of coal and lignite coal with Turkey?s last values are compared. According to the values of sounding, the lignite reserves of Armutlu coal area are determined. To define the economical condition of lignite coal, 70 samples are taken and chemical analysis and thermal values of these samples are observed. The suitability of coals washing and selling taken from Armutlu coal company is researched.According to this results, 9 % total humidity, 27 % ash, 2 % sulphur, 4423 kcal/kg min calorific value, 4673 max calorific value are observed. The reserves are calculated with the triangle calculation method and it has seen that the capacity of Armutlu area is 18.129.485 tons. The results are showed that Armutlu lignite coal has good quailty and it is useful for the city of Amasya and Amasya countrsides. Besides, this the coals are used at sugar and brick factories. Although the good properties of coals, this coals are not economic by wash out.
