Özet
Bu çalışmada evrensel bir sorun olan kayıtdışı ekonomi olgusu nedenleri, boyutu ve ölçüm yöntemleri açısından ele alınmış ve geçiş ülkeleri açısından değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Piyasa ekonomisinin gelişmesinin ön koşullarından birisinin kayıtdışı ekonomik faaliyetlerin azaltılması olduğundan, bu konunun daha da büyük önem taşıdığı görülmektedir. Geçiş ülkeleri açısından değerlendirildiğinde, bağımsızlık sonrası dönemde bu ülkelerde kayıtdışı ekonomik faaliyetlerin hızla arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Bu amaçla geçiş ülkelerindeki kayıtdışı ekonomi büyüklüğünü tahmin etmeye yönelik literatür taraması yapılmış ve çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlara yer verilmiştir.
In this paper after given causes, size and measuring models of shadow economies, this worldwide problem is discussed for transition economies. Because it is necessary to decrease shadow economic activities in order to improve the market economy, this is a matter of great importance. Considered from the side of transition economies, it has been seen that after their independence, shadow economic activities have increased rapidly. Fort his aim in this paper literature about the size of shadow economy in transition conomies has been reviewed and the outcome has been given.
