Özet
We introduce the dual semi-quaternions algebra, Hds, and study some fundamental algebraic properties of them. We show that the set of unit dual semi-quaternions is a subgroup of Hds. The polar representation of dual semi-quaternions are given, and then by means of the De-Moivre's theorem, any powers of these quaternions are obtained.
