Ayrıca nümerik analizler sonucu elde edilen veriler NTSYS-pc paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Taksonlara ait polenler ışık ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir. Ayrıca bu taksonlara ait tohumların taramalı elektron mikroskobu ile görüntüleri alınmıştır. Polen ve tohum yüzeyi ornemantasyonu retikulatedir. Ayrıca polenlerin trikolpat ve prolate olduğu gözlenmiştir. Fibigia cinsine ait farklı lokalitelerden toplanmış 19 örnekten 2XCTAB ve Qiagen kit ile DNA izolasyonları yapılmıştır. Bu örneklerin ISSR primerleri kullanılarak filogenetik akrabalığı araştırılmıştır. Moleküler çalışmalar sonucu elde edilen veriler NTYSY-pc paket programı aracılığı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Taksonlara ait örneklerin morfolojik olarak incelenmesi ile taksonomik değer taşıyan karakterler belirlenmiş ve taksonların nümerik sınıflandırmaya göre de filogenetik ilişkilerini yansıtan fenogramları oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye Fibigia cinsi iki seksiyona ayrılmıştır. F. macroptera ve F. clypeata taksonları Eufibigia seksiyonunda, F. suffruticosa türü ise yeni bir seksiyon olan Purpureae seksiyonu altında yer almıştır.In this thesis molecular and micromorophological studies were conducted on the taxa of the genus Fibigia Medik. which are naturally ground in Turkey. Numerical data were analysed via NTSYS-pc software. Pollens of the genus Fibigia were examined with light and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Micrographs of the seeds were also taken with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Polen and seed ornamentations are reticulate. Also pollens trains are observed as a prolate and tricolpate types. DNAs from 19 specimens collected from different localities were isolated with 2XCTAB procedure and Qiagen DNA Isolation Kit. The molecular relationships of the taxa were studied using Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers. Molecular data were also evaluated via NTSYS-pc programe. Diagnostic characters were of the taxa used were determined with morphological studies and fenograms which reflect the phylogenetic relationships of taxa were obtained according to the numerical classification. In this study Fibigia genus in Turkey was divided into the two sections.
