Bu bağlamda, çalışma ile yükseköğretim kurumlarındaki TKY ve ISO 9000 uygulamalarının kurum işleyişine etkileri ve sürekliliğinin araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre; KYS sertifikasına sahip olan Yüksekokul, kalite çalışmalarına daha fazla odaklanmakta, öğrencilere ve personele sürekli eğitimler vererek bilgi eksikliklerini gidermekte, öğrenci merkezli eğitime daha fazla önem vermektedir. Ayrıca, fiziki koşullar başta olmak üzere öğrenci memnuniyetsizliği yaratabilecek tüm öğrenme süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesi, geliştirilmesi ve bunun sürekli hale getirilmesi gerektiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.The main aim of the study is to investigate the knowledge, transfer and renew the universities which are, in the process of producing knowledge and science services to benefit from the philosophy of TQM, is an important issue for skilled and qualified individuals to be trained.
