The results showed that the oil concentration of seeds ranged from 7.9 to 20.1 % Grape seed oils were rich in oleic and linoleic acids, ranging from 12.9 to 27.1 % and 58.3 to 74.8 %, respectively. In addition, A few types of tocopherols were found in grape seed oils in various amount: ?-tocopherol, ?-tocotrienol, ?-tocopherol, ?-tocotrienol and ?-tocotrienol.
