Highly significant (p<0.001) differences for total protein, albumin, glucose, creatinine, inorganic phosphorus, magnesium, AST and ALT: significant (p<0.01) differences for calcium; and significant (p<0.05) differences for total and direct bilirubin and urea concentrations were observed in investigated period.Bu çalışmada, gebeliğin 7. ayından laktasyonun 2. ayına kadar 13 Holstein sığırda total protein, albumin, glikoz, insülin, kreatinin, total ve direk bilirubin, AST, ALT, ALK-P, CPK, GGT, total kalsiyum, inorganik fosfor ve magnezyumdan oluşan 15 klinik- kimyasal parametre araştırıldı.
