In the research survey method was used. The data was collected with "Ethical Leadership Scale". T-test was used for the analysis of data, the significance of data was found to be .05. The result of the study indicate that school and private primary school director display high ethical leadership behavior, mostly in communication dimension which is a sub-dimension of ethical leadership behaviors.
