Intrusion of the over-erupted molar teeth by traditional orthodontic methods is hardly possible; it requires orthognathic surgery or an absolute skeletal anchorage. These three case reports demonstrate the impaction of the upper molars by using zygomatic miniplates and fixed orthodontic treatment.
