Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), fifteen phe- notypes five codominant allele were determined in Tf systems. Allel frequencies were as follow Tf*F_{2} = 0.431, TI*H_{2} = 0.211 TfD = 0.183 T * 10 = 0.165 and TfF * 1 = 0.01 Homozygotes F_{2}*F_{2} phenotype has maximum fre- quency (% 18.71) and F_{1}*F_{1} and F_{1}*O have minimum frequency (\% 0.15 ) these are three of the fifteen phenotypes de- termined; DD, D*F_{1} D*F_{2}, D*H_{2} DO, F_{1}*F_{1} F_{1}*F_{2} F_{1}*H_{2} F10 .. F_{2}*F_{2} ,F F_{2}*H_{2} F_{2}*O H_{2}*H_{2} H_{2}*O and OO. The findings in this study suggest that Hardy-Weinberg balance was observed in this population (p>0.01).Bu araştırmada, rutin anne-baba kontrolu ve pedigri kayıtlan için kanları gönderilen toplam 1315 yeni doğmuş Arap tayı ve bunların anne-babalarına ait kan örneklerinde Tf sistemi polimorfizmi incelenmiştir. Yapılan poliakrilamid jel elektroforez yöntemi ile, Tf sisteminde 5 tane kodominant allel tarafından kontrol edilen 15 fenotip tespit edilmiştir. Populasyonda gen frekansları; F_{2} için 0.431, H_{2} için 0.211, D için 0.183. O için 0.165 ve F_{1} için 0.010 olarak be- lirlenmiştir. Bu alleler tarafından kontrol edilen ve DD, D*F_{1} D*F_{2} D*H_{2} DO.
