Clinical, neurological and radiographic findings which is related to the case was discussed. The lesion was in the 12 th thoracal vertebrae, and the absence of pain perception caudal to the spinallesion was important for prognosis. This case was conservacively treaced, but responded negatively and che elinical diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy.Bu olguda, bir dişi köpekte gözlenen Schiff. Sherrington sendromu tamamlandı. Olguya ilişkin klinik, nörolojik ve radyolojik bulgular tartışıldı. 12. thoracal vertabrada olduğu belirlenen lezyonun kaudalinde ağrı duyusunun olmamasi prognoz açısından önemli bulundu.
