Bu program bir inşaatın piyasa şartlarında maliyetlerinin hesaplanmasına ve ihale kanunlarında yapılan değişikliklere göre yeniden düzenlenebilmeye (update) imkanı vermektedir. Böylece ihaleye katılacak bir firma bir inşaatın maliyetini daha kısa zamanda hesaplayabilir, kar ve zararını tespit edebilir ve sonuç olarak ihaleye katılıp katılmayacağına karar verebilir. Bu yazılım inşaat işi ile uğraşan herkese hitap etmekte olup, maliyet girdileri eksiksiz girildiği zaman hesap sonuçlan kesin olarak elde edilebilir. Program Delphi 5.0 versiyonu ile yazılmış ve veri tabanı oluşturulmasında Microsoft Access programı kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca yürürlükte olan kanun, yönetmelik ve şartnamelerden faydalanılmıştır.The aim of this study is to prepare a computer aided building cost analysis program calculating materials and costs accepted as a subsystem of the building design systems. The program can be modified and updated according to changing marketing conditions and the changes on the tender law. Therefore, a firm that want to attend a tender can be calculate the cost of construction as soon as possible and define his profit rate and as a result it can be decide to attend the tender or not. This software addresses to everybody dealing with construction work. If cost parameters are supplied to program perfectly, calculating results can be obtained certainly. It has been used Delphi 5. 0 version to write the program and Microsoft Access to prepare the data-base.
