Selçuk Üniversitesi Türkiyat Araştırmaları Dergisi, (43), 409-422.1300-57662458-9071https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12395/14056URL: http://sutad.selcuk.edu.tr/sutad/article/view/1003Bu çalışmada; Ahmed Yesevi ve temsilcilerini, günümüzün sosyal ve siyasi ihtiyaçları çerçevesinde, uluslararası ilişkiler perspektifiyle yorumlamak ve Türk dünyasında giderek belirginleşen ötekilik ve çatışma/terörizm sorunlarını çözmek için yeni bir model ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın hipotezi, elde edilen bulgular eşliğinde, Türk dünyasında mevcut çatışmaların çözümü için yeni bir otantik modele ihtiyaç olduğu varsayımı üzerine bina edilecektir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada Türk dünyası genelinde ortaya çıkan çatışmaların motivasyon kaynakları ve bu kaynakların din/İslam, demokrasi ve özgürlük kavramlarıyla olan etkileşimleri irdelenmiş, Türk eksenindeki belirli ülkelerin (Türkiye, İran, Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, Türkmenistan, Özbekistan, Kırgızistan gibi) Türkeli’nin sorunlarına karşı ortaya koymaya çalıştıkları çözüm çabaları, bu ülkeler arasındaki ilişkilerin sebep ve sonuçları ile yeni dünya düzeninde Türk dünyasının üstlenmesi gereken misyonları tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada sonuç olarak Türk dünyasının içinde bulunduğu demokrasi, refah ve güvenlik eksikliklerinin çözümü maksadıyla Türk dünyası çatısı altında bir Dervişler Heyeti’nin kurulması gerektiği tartışılmıştır.In this study; it was aimed to interpret Ahmed Yesevi and his representatives in the framework of today's social and political needs from the perspective of international relations and to create a new model in an attempt to solve the increasingly distinctive issues of the otherness and conflict / terrorism problems in the Turkish world (Turkic). In the light of the findings attained, the hypothesis of this study will be based on the assumption that a new authentic model is needed for the solution of existing conflicts in the Turkish world. In this context, the motivational sources of the conflicts that arise in the Turkish world in general and their interactions with the concepts of religion / Islam, democracy and freedom have been scrutinized and the solutions efforts for the problems of Turkic world that some specific Turkic countries (Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) have tried to produce have been discussed along with causes and consequences of the relations between these countries and the missions that should be undertaken by Turkish world in the new world order.
