Kamu davasının açılmasının ertelenmesi kurumundan bahsedilmiş ve sonuçlarının neler olduğuna yer verilmiştir. Son olarak da konuyla alakalı olarak 7188 sayılı kanunla yapılan değişikliklere yer verilmiştir.In this study, the history of the procrastination institution is briefly mentioned.
