Ancak Medenî Kanunumuz bunun yanında gaipliği de kişiliği sona erdiren bir sebep olarak kabul etmiştir.In natural persons, personality is directly acquired in condition of alive and precise birth. However, the expiration of personality is the disappearence of judical presence. The rights and depts that the person possesses before the expiration of personality concerns the heir persons and becomes the matter of law of decendent's estate. The natural reason that expires the personality is death.
