Bu yüzden bireylerin hızla artan yabancı dil öğrenme ihtiyacının etkili öğrenme ortamlarında karşılanması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle de öğrencilerin eğlendikleri öğretim yöntemlerinin kullanılması öğrenme üzerinde etkili olacaktır. Öğretimde kullanılan yöntemlerden birisi de oyundur. Bu araştırmada ikinci yabancı dil olarak Almanca dersinde oyunla öğretim yönteminin kelime öğretiminde öğrencilerin okuduğunu anlama becerilerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmaya Konya İli Doğa Koleji'nde öğrenim görmekte olan 24 öğrenciden oluşan 9. Sınıf öğrencisi dahil edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında okuduğunu anlama düzeylerini belirlemek için 28 sorudan müteşekkil test uygulanmıştır. Uygulama öncesi ve sonrası elde edilen puanların karşılaştırılması neticesinde uygulama sonrasında öğrencilerin okuduğunu anlama düzeylerinin anlamlı şekilde arttığı görülmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar dikkate alındığında oyun ile kelime öğretiminin oldukça etkili bir yöntem olduğu söylenebilir.As a result of the growth of interpersonal relations and collaborations, the need for learning foreign language and second foreign language is increasing. Therefore, the need for foreign language learning needs to be met in an effective learning environment. Therefore, the use of teaching methods that students have fun will have an impact on learning. One of the methods used in teaching is the game. In this study, the second foreign language as a foreign language in the teaching method of teaching the vocabulary teaching effect on students' reading comprehension skills were examined. For this purpose, 24 9th grade students were enrolled in the study. To determine the students' level of reading comprehension before and after the application, a test consisting of 28 questions was applied. After the comparison of the scores obtained before and after the application, it was seen that the students' reading comprehension levels increased significantly after the application.
