Antioxidant activity of both honeys were determined as 6.49 +/- 0.16 % and 11.33 +/- 0.22%. HMF contents of Helianthus annuus honey and Calluna vulgaris honeys were found as 63.75 +/- 1.90 and 94.66 +/- 1.36 mg/Kg, respectively. K, Na and Fe contents of Helianthus annuus honey and Calluna vulgaris honeys were dtermined as 1229.10 and 3285.31 mg/Kg, 1907.70 and 1964.42 mg/Kg, 228536 and 1124.91 mg/Kg and 181.20 and 176.60 mg/Kg, respectively.
