Thus, totally 10 Malakan horses (5 females and 5 males) were used in the study. From front and hind legs of the horses, the findings of totally 28 muscles were received. Accordingly, it is determined that the longest muscle in the distal of the front leg was m. flexor carpi ulnaris, the heaviest one was m. extensor carpi radialis and the muscle with the highest value in terms of parameters of tendon length and total muscle tendon length was m. extensor digitorum communis. From the distal muscles of the hind leg; it is observed that the longest one was m. tibialis cranialis, the heaviest one was m. gastrocnemius and the muscle with the highest value in terms of parameters of tendon length and total muscle tendon length was m. flexor digitorum superficialis.
