Giyim kültürümüzün örneklerini evde sandıklarda, müzelerde, antikacılarda bulmak mümkündür. Denizli Kızıcabölük ilçesinin geleneksel Türk kadın kıyafetlerine ulaşmak için evlerde bulunan sandıklar açılmış, Kızılcabölük kadınlarının el emeği, göz nuru ile ortaya çıkardığı giysiler incelenerek, yüzyıla yakın bir geçmiş belgelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırmada, Denizli Kızılcabölük ilçesi evlerinde ve müzesinde bulunan geleneksel Türk kadın kıyafetleri çeşitlerinden yakasız göynek, üçetek, cepken, göynek, şalvar ve peştamal örnekleri; malzeme, renk, kesim, dikim, süsleme tekniği ve süsleme konusu yönünden incelenerek, bu giysileri gün yüzüne çıkarmak ve giyim tarihine ışık tutacak kaynak oluşturarak, kültür mirasımıza sahip çıkmak amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın giriş bölümündeki literatür taramalarında; Kızılcabölük ilçesinin coğrafi durumuna, Kızılcabölük yöresi geleneksel Türk kadın giyimleri arasında yer alan, içe giyilenlerde şalvar, yakasız göynek ve göynek, üste giyilenlerde üç etek, cepken ve peştamal, başa giyilenlerde tel kırma baş örtüsü, namaz baş örtüsü ve tamamlayıcı aksesuarların tanım ve özelliklerine yer verilmiştir.Verilerin toplanmasında, Kızılcabölük evleri sandıklarından ve müzesinden kırk bir adet giysi örneği seçilmiştir. Bunlar; iki adet yakasız göynek, on sekiz adet üç etek, beş adet cepken, dört adet göynek, dokuz adet şalvar ve üç adet peştamaldan oluşmaktadır. Örnekler gözlem fişleri doğrultusunda malzeme, renk, kesim, dikim, süsleme tekniği ve süsleme konusu yönünden incelenerek tablolar oluşturulmuştur. İnceleme sonucunda 19. Yy. ve 20.Yy. ait giysilerin gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması ve yeni araştırmalara kaynak oluşturması sağlanmıştır.Our traditional costumes are the parts of the clothing which introduce our clothing culture in the past and compromising a significant place within the Turkish culture. It is possible to find the samples of our clothing culture in the chests in the houses, in the museums, and in the antique shops. The chests in the houses are opened so as to come at the traditional Turkish women costumes of the Kızılcabölük county of Denizli and a history of about a century has been tried to be documented by researching the costumes the women of Kızılcabölük women made with manual labor and eye-straining work.In thıs study, it is intended for claiming to be the owner of our cultur inheritance by researching samples of collarless shirt, three-skirts, vests, shirt, shalwar, lancloth out of the traditional Turkısh women costume varieties which are available in the houses and museums of Kızılcabölük of Denizli in terms of material, color, cutting, sewing, decorating technique and decoration issue, bringing these costumes to light and making up a source to throw a light to the clothing history In the lıterature reviews in the preface section of the Study take place the geographic position of the Kızılcabölük county and the definition and features of shalwar, collarless shirt and shirt which are underwear, three-skirts, vests and loncloth which are worn outwear, wire breaking headscarf, prayer scarf which are worn on the head and with the complementary accessories. Fourty-one pieces of costume samples have been selected from the chests and museums of the Kızılcabölük houses in the collection of data. They are consisted of two pieces of collarless shirt, eightteen pieces of three-skirts, five pieces of vests, four pieces of shirt, nine pieces of shalwar and three pieces of loncloth. The tables have been formed in accordance with samples observation form and examining in terms of material, color, cutting decorating technique an decoration issues.
