Therefore, protein such as bovine serum albumin, gobulin and hemoglobin were used as scaffold for tissue engineering. The nanofiber diameters were found to be 75 nm of globulin, 117 nm for hemoglobin and 220 nm for BSA. The protein nanofibers were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy, Transmission electron microscopy and Atomic force microscopy.
