İmplant çevresi 1,5-2 mm'lik sağlıklıkemiğe sahip bir implantı uygulayabilmek için 5 mm’den az genişliği bulunanalveoler kemiğin genişletilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda maksilleralveol krette horizontal kemik yetersizliğinin iki aşamalı alveoler kret splittekniği ile implant tedavisine uygun hale getirilmesi anlatıldı. Maksiller alveolkrette ölçülen 3,5-4 mm horizontal kemik genişliği, alveolar krete kemikkesisi yapılmasının ardından osteotomlar yardımıyla genişletildi ve splitedilen kemik boşluğu otojen + sığır kaynaklı greft kombinasyonu ve membranuygulaması yapılarak dolduruldu. İlk cerrahiden 9 ay sonra sağlıklı bir şekildegenişleyen krete implant uygulaması gerçekleştirildi.While planning the implant surgery, care should be taken to have healthybone tissue of 1,5-2 mm around the implant. In order to apply an implantwith 1,5-2 mm healthy bone around the implant, the alveolar bone with awidth of less than 5 mm must be expanded. In this case report, it wasexplained that horizontal bone deficiency in the maxillary alveolar crestwas made suitable for implant treatment with the two-stage alveolar crestsplit technique. The horizontal bone width of 3,5-4 mm, measured at themaxillary alveolar crest, was expanded with the help of osteotomes, andthe split bone cavity was filled with a combination of autogenous + bovineorigin graft and membrane application.
