In data sharing between organizations, each institution makes spatial data for their own and don't want to give their knowledge to other, so it cause organizational and political complexity. To examine efficiently spatial data sharing between the institutions, social network analysis is used. In this study, data exchange, the institution of cooperation and relationship of obtaining information about public and private institution that studying with spatial data, determined with the numerical and visual analysis in Konya.
