We have presented a 4 month-old case who developed tense bullae during her first month of life and diagnosed as bullous pemphigoid with elevated serum IgE levels. In spite of the elevated serum IgE levels, the patient received benefit from the topical steroid treatment. Also, this is the youngest case of bullous pemphigoid that is not associated with the maternal pemphigoid gestationis.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessBullous pemphigusChildhoodIgE levelsBullous pemphigoid: A rare childhood disease with eleveted immunoglobulin E levels [Büllöz pemfigoid: Artmiş i?mmünglobulin E ile seyreden nadir bir çocukluk ça?i hastali?i]Article4413537N/A
