With this aim, the 79 cattle blood sera were collected and examined for antibodies to PIV-3 by microneutralisation test. At the end of the microneutralisation test, at a dilution of 1:5, the 40 (50.63%) cattle blood sera were found for the neutralizing antibodies to PIV -3.Konya Tarım İşletmesi sığırlarında solunum yolu semptomları ile seyreden bir hastalık, serolojik yönden PIV-3 hastalığı olarak saptandı. Bu amaçla, toplanan 79 adet sığır kan serumu PIV-3'e karşı mikronötralizasyon testi ile kontrol edildi.
