The main fatty acids in the species were found to be palmitic acid (C 16:0, 5.7896-14.68%), oleic acid (C 18:1 omega-9, 31.28%-68.06%), and linoleic acid (C 18:2 omega-6, 15.99%-33.74%). Trace amounts of cis-vaccenic acid (C 18:1 omega-7, 0.82%-1.40%) were found in the seed oils of all of the species investigated.en10.3906/biy-1009-95info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessApiaceaePeucedanumfatty acidsFatty acid composition of the seeds of some species of Peucedanum (kral otu) from TurkeyArticle362233237Q2WOS:000302197000012Q3
