Radiographicly diagnosed 22 patients with unilateral CDH have been reexamined with this novel intrument. Data obtained from sanospectrography were evaluated. Although it is preliminary, the data are conclusive enough to report that this non-invasive approach is reproducible and safe for determining CDH. It eliminates exposing the infants to X-ray radiation, and enables to detect CDH early for conservative treatment. That is the treatment of choice to prevent future complications for this congenital disease. © 1992 IEEE.en10.1109/IBED.1992.247073info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSonospectrography for the Diagnosis of Congenital Dislocation of the HIP: "A Preliminary Report on a New Non-Invasive Technique"Conference Object128133N/A
