Bu arızaların bakım onarım faaliyetleri de; ilgili kurum, kuruluş veya şirketlerde bazı kayıplara (zaman, finansal vb.) sebep olmaktadır. Geliştirilen bir uzman sistem aracılığıyla etkili bir arıza teşhis sistemi kullanılarak bir makinenin herhangi bir yerindeki arızası kolayca belirlenebilir, belirlenen arıza ile ilgili hızlı ve doğru birtakım değerlendirmeler yapılabilir. Bu çalışmada, girdi ekranından yapılan tercihleri yorumlayarak arızalı cihazın tamiri konusunda önerilerde bulunan bir uzman sistem geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen sistem, yorumlama işleminde bilgi tabanını kullanmaktadır. Geliştirilen sistem tarafından kullanılan kural tabanı arızalı cihazların katalog bilgilerinden, servis notlarından ve “uzman” yetkili servislerin tecrübelerinden toplanarak oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen sistem, NetBeans 6.9.1 ortamında JAVA programlama dili kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır.A device, a structure or a system have caused some faults when they could not perform the functions expected of them. Maintenance and repair activities of these faults causes to some losses (time, financial etc.) in some institutions, organizations or companies. A fault in anywhere of a machine can easily be detected by using the effective a fault diagnosis system with developed an expert system and some assessments can be made quickly and accurately related to the determined defect. In this study, an expert system developed that advises on repair of faulty devices by interpreting the choices made from the input screen. The developed system uses the knowledge base in interpretation process. Rule base used by developed system is prepared by gathering from catalog information of the faulty devices, service notes and experiment of the “expert” competent services.
