The soil samples were extracted and the above isomers were isolated by column chromatography, utilizing columns packed with materials such as Kieselgel/H2SO4, Alumina Woelm B Super 1, Kieselgel + Kieselgel /NaOH + Kieselgel/H2SO4, Bio Beads S-X3 , Alumina B Super 1 + Kieselgel/AgNO3 respectively.
