Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini, 2012-2013 ve 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında Kırşehir il merkezinde bulunan M.E.B'na bağlı beş bağımsız anaokulu ve beş ilkokula bağlı anasınıfında görev yapan 36 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kırşehir il merkezindeki beş bağımsız anaokulu ve bir ilkokula bağlı anasınıfında görev yapan 12 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak "Öğretmen Bilgi Formu, Öğretmen Görüşme Formu ve Gözlem Formu" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, okul öncesi öğretmenlerin saldırgan davranışlarla baş etmede kullandıkları stratejiler; sözel uyarı, II. tip ceza verme, görmezden gelme, çözüm yolu sunma, bilişsel ikna, çocuğun yerini değiştirme/mola verme, I tip ceza verme, rehberlik sağlama, sorunu anlama, yardım alma ve empati olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde hem görüşme hem de gözlem sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin saldırgan davranışlarla baş etmede en çok sözel uyarıyı kullandıkları saptanmıştır.This qualitative research examines coping strategies of the teachers with aggressive behaviour patterns. The universe of the research is the preschool parts of five primary schools along with 36 preschool teachers working in these institutions located in the centre of Kırşehir and affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Sample of the research is the preschool part of a five primary school, all located in the centre of Kırşehir, and 12 preschool teachers working in these institutions. As the data collection, "Teacher Information Form, Teacher Interview Form and Observation Form" have been used. Using the interview and observation methods together, multi-data has been collected. The data obtained from the research has been analysed using the content analysis technique, which is a qualitative method. Theresults of the research is the copingstrategies of the teachers with the aggressive behaviour patterns have been seen to be verbal warning, 2ndtype punishment, ignoring, suggesting solutions, cognitive persuasion, changing the place of the child/giving a break, 1st type punishment, providing guidance, understanding the problem, getting help and empathy.
