Makroskobik olarak 2-5 cm çapında, iyi kapsüllenmiş granülomların mikroskobik incelemelerinde yer yer distrofık minerali zasyona uğramış kazeifıye alanlarm lenfosit, plazma hücresi, epiteloid makrofaj ve fıbröz proliferasyonla çevrili olduğu gözlendi. Ziehl-Neelsen boyamalarda ise aside dirençli bakterilere nekrotik bölgelerde rastlandı.Summary: A case of lung tuberculosis in a 10 years old camel (Camelus dromedarius) was described in this report. Grossly, 2-5 cm. in diameter well encapsulated caseous granuiomas were detected. In histopathological examination, foci of caseation with dystrophic mineralization were surrounded by lymphocytes, plasma cells, epitheloid macrophages and fibrous proliferation.
