Hizmetkâr liderlik, son yıllarda artan sayıda araştırmaya konu olan modern bir liderlik yaklaşımıdır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yiyecek içecek sektöründe yer alan çalışanların hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının örgütsel güven üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışma ampirik bir araştırma niteliğinde olup, veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Konya-Beyşehir’de faaliyet gösteren yiyecek içecek işletmelerinde çalışanlar araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma için seçilen örneklemin büyüklüğü 386 işgörendir. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS23 yazılımı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda elde edilecek bulguların alandaki eksikliğin giderilmesine katkı sağlaması, yazına ve pratik uygulamaya yönelik yararlı bilgiler sunması amaçlanmaktadır.The food and beverage sector is especially based on the human force and high organizational trust of employees of in this sector can increase the performance and competitiveness of the companies.Servant leadership is a modern leadership approach that is subject to increasing number of research in recent years. The aim of this study is to identify the effects of servant leadership qualities of managers on organizational trust behavior of employee in food and beverage sector. The study is designed to conduct an empirical research, and is utilized from survey techniques to collect data. Employees in accommodation food and beverage businesses in Konya-Beyşehir constitute the population of the study. The size of the sample selected to conduct the survey is composed of a total of 200 employees. The current study is analyzed using via Spss 23.
