Manuel kontrolün, zaman, ergonomi, doğru ölçüm, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönünden önemli dezavantajları vardır. Bu çalışmada, manuel olarak gerçekleştirilen dörtyollu emniyet valfi kontrolünün otomatik olarak yapılabilmesi için bir test cihazı tasarlanmış ve imal edilmiştir. Test cihazı, temel olarak mikro denetleyici kart, selenoid valf, basınç transmitteri ve PC yazılımından oluşan otomatik bir sistemdir. Geliştirilen test cihazı sayesinde, dörtyollu emniyet valfinin kontrolü en az 90 saniye azaltılmış, teknisyenin test esnasındaki ergonomik olmayan hareketleri engellenmiş, ölçüm doğruluğu ve hassasiyeti artırılmış, tankların boşaltılması esnasında atmosfere salınan hava içerisindeki zararlı maddelerin yayılması engellenerek iş sağlığı ve güvenliği de sağlanmıştır.Today, the control of four-way safety valves used in the brake systems of heavy vehicles is carried out manually at vehicle inspection stations and authorized services in our country. Manual control has significant disadvantages in terms of time, ergonomics, accurate measurement, occupational health and safety. In this study, a test device was designed and manufactured to automatically control the manual four-way safety valve. The tester is an automatic system mainly consisting of microcontroller card, solenoid valve, pressure transmitter and PC software.
