The studying population of this research is 1st class students of primary schools in Konya Province, in the academic year 2011-2012. 40 primary school was selected through cluster sampling method from 254 primary schools. Both "Test for Recognising Emotions" and "Personal Information Form" were applied to 800 students (400 girl students, 400 boy students), who were selected from those schools, through random element sampling method. In this research, which is a survey model, a relational survey was held between dependent and independent parameters. First finding of the research is that there is highly significant differentation between the 1st class students of the primary schools who had had preschool education or not and between those who had never attend an education and who had attended an education at least two years.
